摘要
山东潍坊300MW炉的设计参数不同于常规的300MW炉型,因而,在设计上采用了一些新结构。这无疑给制造带来了很大的难度。东方锅炉厂工艺人员在总结工艺经验的基础上,成功地采用了新工艺新技术。本文就主要改进方面作简要总结。
The parameters of the 300MW unit in shanclong WeifangPower Plant, are quite different from those of the regular 300MW units. Therefore, its desigh adopts some new structure, and the manufacturing consequently becomes very difficult. Technicians of DBW succeeded in using new technologic process based on existent technology experience. As a result, manufacturing, quality and inspection of the boiler are raised to a higher level. This article suma-rizes some main retrofits.
