摘要
本文对潍坊一号机在设计、制造、检验、运输和管理等方面东方汽轮机厂所开展的优化工作进行了小结,并从“质量管理是企业管理的纲”的高度,阐述了该厂关于不断进行质量改进,把“顾客满意,制造者成功”作为企业全面质量管理的全部出发点与归宿点的认识。
This paper summarizes DFSTW's optimization work of turbine design, manufacturing, inspection, transportation and management of Weifang No. 1 unit. Regarding 'Quality man agement is the guiding principle of enterprise management', it describes the decision that DFST will improve its product quality. and look the principle of ''Customers's satisfaction is Manufacturer's success' as the starting point and goal of enterprise overall quality manage ment.
