摘要
由于受出流环量和出水弯管的影响,轴流泵出水管内为非对称的复杂螺旋流。测量出水管断面水流压力和三维流速分布,分析常规方法测定断面水流能量误差较大的原因,提出利用五孔探针准确测定断面水流全压分布、积分平均计算断面单位能量的方法。以此水泵出流能量计算水泵扬程、水泵效率和出水管水力损失更为准确。
Under the influence of circulation and curved pipe of the pump outlet, the flow in outlet pipe of an axialflow pump is non-symmetrical, complex spiral flow. Pressure and 3-dimensional velocity distributions in the pipe section are measured. The causes of lange measuring errors of section flow energy in the outlet pipe by conventional method are analyzed. The total pressure distribution in section flow is measured by micro 5-hole probes and the flow energy is got by integration according to the total pressure distribution, with which the pump water head, pump efficiency and hydraulic losses of the outlet pipes could be calculated more accurately.
