短暂性脑缺血发作血NO、ET-1、IL-1β、MDA水平变化的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨短暂性脑缺血发作期间血NO、ET-1、IL-1β、MDA时间浓度关系。方法选择TIA合并高胆固醇血症患者103例,分别于不同时段进行静脉血NO、ET-1、IL-1β、MDA测定,观察其时间浓度。结果TIA合并高胆固醇血症患者在不同时段血NO、ET-1、IL-1β、MDA时间浓度有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论TIA合并高胆固醇血症患者血NO、ET-1、IL-1β、MDA时间浓度可指导临床治疗。 Objective To investigate blood NO, ET - 1 ,IL- 1β. and MDA concentrations in different periods ot time in patients with transient ischensie attaeks(TIA).methods Enrolled in this study were 103 patients with levels TIA and high blood cholesterol. Analyses of blood NO, ET- 1, IL - 1β, and MDA were made at 1,4,8, 12, 16, and 24 hours after onset of the attack. Results The concentrations of blood, NO ET - 1, IL - 1β, and MDA varied markedly with the time after onset of TIA . Conclusion The concentrations of blood NO, ET - 1, IL- 1β, and MDA after TL4. onset can serve as a guide to the treatment of patients with TIA and hyperchoheste rolemia.
