摘要
分析了炉渣的主要化学成分及处理工业废水的机理。炉渣对工业废水中的有机物、悬浮物等污染物有良好的吸附作用。采用煤气炉的炉渣进行了含渣有机废水的处理试验,结果表明:可削减COD70%以上,削减SS84%以上;炉渣的粒径较小时,对废水的吸附效果较好,且对于pH值较低的酸性废水处理效果较好;控制废水流经炉渣时间在35~50min,对水中的悬浮物处理效果较好。可在一定程度上代替活性炭。
Main chemical ingredients of slag and mechanism industrial wastewater are analyzed. Slag can well adsorb organics and pollutants of suspensions in industrial wastewater.Treatment experiments of slag- containing from gas cooker slag are made, which show COD can be reduced to over 70% , and SS over 84% ; When grain diameter of slag is small, it can adsorb wastewater excellently, and it also shows good result in acid waste water treatment of low pH value; time for waste water to flow over slag is between 35~ 50 min, it shows good treatment result in suspension treatment.It can substitute active carbon to some extent.
