摘要
介绍了BATAC末煤跳汰机与块煤跳汰机在结构上的异同点,通过对末煤跳汰机筛板、排料系统及操作制度的改造,使其入洗粒度由6～0.5mm改为50～0.5mm。工业试验表明,改造后技术指标符合设计要求,为引进设备的技术改造提供了成功经验。
Introduced are the similarity and difference of BACTAC jig separately for fine and lump coal;by change of the fine coal jig's screenolate,discharge system for heavy product and operation rules,so the feed size be changed from 6～0.5mm to 50～0.5mm.Industrial experiment denoted that after such conversion,technical performance meets the designated requirement,which is considered a success experience for the technical conversion of a imported equipment.
