摘要
介绍了新大输油管道及其沿途站场工艺流程、站控系统和自动控制与调节系统,分析了新大输油管道投产试运的可行性条件。针对新大原油管道投产试运拟定方案存在的问题,提出改进的投运方案,并取得一次投运成功,指出了确保管道平稳投运应注意的相关技术问题。
The technical process,station control system and automatic control/regulating system of pumping sta-tions in Xinggang-Dalian Petrochem are described, and the feasibility conditions of commissioning of this pipeline is analyzed. In the light of the problems existed in commissioning program,a new commissioning program is put forward. This paper points out some problems in new pipeline commissioning and methods to solve them.
