摘要
目的探讨高海拨地区大鼠30%Ⅲ度烧伤后多脏器(肝、肾、小肠)损伤程度及病理改变.方法48只大鼠随机分为6组,每组8只,另取8只做为对照组,分别在烧伤后3、6、12、24、48和72 h各时相点剖腹取出肝、肾、小肠标本做病理学检查.结果烧伤后3 h,肝、肾、小肠即出现明显损伤,持续48～72 h.结论大鼠高原严重烧伤后多脏器损伤出现时间早,而且呈持续状态,显然与高原缺氧环境有关.
Objective To investigate the severity of early injuries and pathological changes of liver, kidney and small intestines in rats with severe burn at plateau. Methods Forty eight Wistar rats with 30% full thickness burn were randomly divided into 6 groups （n = 8） and another 8 healthy Wistar rats as control group. The liver, kidney and small intestine were harvested for histopathological examination at 3,6,12,24,48 and 72 hours after burning. Resulte The injury of multiple organs in rats was obvious at 3 h post-bum and became severe at 48 h-72 h post-burn. Conclusion The injuries of multiple organs, especially the liver, kidney and small intestine in rat with severe burn at plateau occur early and last for a long time. This condition of injuries are of a direct correlation with the influence of hypoxic environment at plateau.
