摘要
用熔体快淬法和晶化热处理工艺制备Nd_(10.5)Fe_(78-x)Co_5Zr_xB_(6.5)(x=0,2,3,4,5)纳米晶双相永磁材料,研究了其磁性能与结构的变化。结果表明:适量地添加(2 at%)Zr能显著提高合金的内禀矫顽力,并且可以有效抑制合金中的软、硬磁相的晶粒长大,获得晶粒尺寸为20 nm的微观结构,使得合金中的软磁相和硬磁相发生比较充分的交换耦合作用,从而有效地提高合金的磁性能。
The magnetic properties and microstructure of nanocomposite Nd10.5Fe78-xCo5ZrxB6.5 (x=0, 2, 3, 4, 5) alloys were investigated. It has been found that the intrinsic coercivity could be significantly improved by the addition of 2at% Zr. The small amount addition of Zr may suppress the growth of grains of α-Fe and Nd2Fe14B phases..A finer and more homogeneous microstructure with an average grain size of 20 nm could be obtained for Nd10.5Fe78-xCo5ZrxB6.5 alloy. The enhancement of magnetic properties by Zr addition is found to be mainly due to the microstructure refinement, which leads to an enhanced exchange coupling between the hard phase and soft phase.
