氢化后Sm_2Fe_17合金粉的脱氢-再化合过程演化 被引量:4

摘要 HDDR法生产Sm_2Fe_(17)N+x磁粉的关键是获得细小的晶粒。通过XRD,SEM,EDX等手段研究了Sm_2Fe_(17)合金粉在脱氢-再化合过程中的相及微观结构的演化规律。结果表明:在真空条件下,650℃时,已经歧化为 SmH_x和α-Fe的合金粉的脱氢-再化合开始,先形成非稳定的TbCu_7结构的SmFe_7相,随着再化合温度的升高,SmFe_7相逐渐向稳态相Sm_2Fe_(17)转变,在850℃时转变完全;在再化合过程中,合金粉的颗粒大小不发生变化,但内部晶粒已经明显细化;850℃脱氢-再化合1 h。晶粒大小约50nm。 The evaluative principle of the phase compositions, phase and microstructure changes in Sm2Fe17 alloy powder during the desorption-recombination process were systematically studied by XRD, SEM, EDX method. The research shows that the DR process of the Sm2Fel7 alloys powder is as following: the desorption begins at T≥650℃; the desorption and the recombination lead to the formation of metastable SmFe7 phase with TbCu7 structure; with increasing the temperature, the SmFe7 transforms into Sm2Fel7 and the transformation is thoroughly completed at 850℃; during the recombination, the particle size is not changed, but the grain turns into smaller. The grain size is about 5.0 nm, after the recombination at 850℃ for 1 h.
