摘要
采用机械力化学法制备了纳米Y_2O_3:Eu^(3+)粉体。利用TG-DSC,XRD,TEM等实验技术对其进行了表征,并对其光谱特性进行了研究。结果表明:所得纳米Y_2O_3:Eu^(3+)为球形,粒度分布均匀,粒径为约30nm~50nm,与体材料相比,该纳米晶的发射光谱发生蓝移,激发光谱发生红移。
Nanocrystal Y2O3:Eu^3+ was prepared by mechanochemical process. The synthetic process and luminescent properties of nanometer Y2O3:Eu^3+ were investigated by means of TG-DSC, XRD, TEM. The results indicate that the product has an average diameter of 30 nm-50 nm with good dispersion and spherical shaped. Compared with the micron-scale Y2O3:Eu^3+, the red shift in the excitation spectrum and the blue shift in the emission spectrum are observed.
