微创睾丸穿刺取精结合卵泡浆内单精子注射治疗男性梗阻性无精子不育症 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨微创睾丸穿刺取精(TESE)结合卵泡浆内单精子注射(ICSI)治疗男性梗阻性无精子所致不育症。方法利用微创睾丸穿刺取精术获得精子,同时经阴道B超引导穿刺取卵,12h内行ICSI,48h内放入女性宫腔内。结果13例不育夫妇有5例(38%)获得妊娠。结论TESE结合ICSI是治疗男性梗阻性无精子所致不育症的有效方法。 Objective Probing into the minimally invasive orchionyxis to extract sperm (testicular sperm extraction,TESE)and intraeytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)for treating male obstructive azoospermic infertility. Methods Orchionyxis was used to collect sperm, meanwhile guided by B-mode uhrasonography transvaginally to obtain oocyte; in a period of 12 h the ICS1 was made;48 hours later,the zygote was transferred into the uterus. Results Among the 13 patients.5 (38.4%) had pregnancy. Conclusion TESE with ICSI is an effective way to treat irreparable obstructive azoospermic infertility.
