摘要
目的通过连续8年监测黄陵县病区儿童头发中锌、铜、铁、锰、硒和钙等元素的含量,以探讨病区儿童发中锌、铜、铁、锰、硒和钙水平的动态变化及与克山病病情的可能关联。方法在黄陵县6个重病村设立监测点,全体居民均为检测对象。1996-2003年连续8年对该检测点克山病的发病情况及3-15岁儿童发中锌、铜、铁、锰、硒和钙元素水平进行检测。结果病区儿童锌、铜含量各观察点及非病区间均无明显差异,病区河腰、案角村儿童发铁、锰含量均高于厚子坪村儿童,其中发铁亦显著高于非病区儿童;病区儿童发硒含量8年均达到非病区水平,所有观察元素均无明显的年度差异。结论病区儿童所测元素均无明显的年度变化,发硒已达到非病区水平,发锌、铜接近非病区水平,病区儿童发铁的高水平及其在克山病发病学中的意义值得进一步研究。
Objective To cxplore the relationship bctween content change of Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn, Se and Ca in Children's hair and Keshan diseasc(KSD). Methods Surveillances sitc of KSD was set up in 6 villages in Huangling county where the disease occurcd scriously, and all local residents wcrc listed as surveillance subjects. Conditions and changc of KSD disease in this surveillance site were obscrvcd for 8 consccutive years from 1996 to 2003, and at the same timc the levcls of Zn, Cu, Fc, Me, Se and Ca contcnt in hair of children aging from 3 to 15 were measured. Results The contcnt of Cu, Zn and Ca in hair of children betwccn the Survcillances site showcd no significant diffcrcncc and no obvious annual change; Fe and Mn content of hair in childrcn of Anjiao and Heyao villagc were significantly highcr than that in Houziping, but no annual changc was found. Thc hair selemium contcnt of children showcd no significant differcncc, betwccn endemic arca and non-cndcmic area. Conclusion Cu, Zn, Fc, Mn and Sc contcnts in hair of children in KSD endemic arca show no significant annual changc and that hair Cu, Zn, Se contcnts are approximatcly cqual to thosc in thc non-endemic arca and comc up to thc countrysidc standard. The rclation bctween highcr lcvcs of Fc in childrcn in KSD cndcmic area and the occurrcnce of thc diseasc nccds further rcscarch.
