摘要 小肝综合征(small-for-sizesyndrome)是造成成人间活体肝脏移植预后差的重要原因,其确切概念尚未完全统一,本文对其发病机制的研究进展作了概括,同时主要从移植物的选择、门静脉压力的控制、肝静脉的回流及移植物内炎症基因表达的调控四个方面介绍了预防小肝综合征发生的策略.
