摘要 癫痫是一种由多种不同原因引起的严重脑部疾病,随着对癫痫发病机理研究的深入,更多的抗癫痫药物得以开发使用。本文分类综述了γ氨基丁酸(GABA)能药物、谷氨酸受体拮抗剂以及作用于膜离子通道、神经肽受体等靶点的抗癫痫新药。 Epilepsy is a common serious brain disorder and comprises a wide range of symptom induced by varying etiologies. As more and more knowledge of mech- anisms underlying seizure propagation of epilepsy gained, much more new antiepileptic-drug has been developed. Inthis article, we reviewed some kinds of new antiepileptic drugs used or researched in recent years.
