摘要
在高含水油田，用于油气集输及污水回注的钢质管道受到日益严重的内腐蚀，胜利油田油建一公司研究开发的D48～180mm钢管道内涂层挤涂工艺技术及设备，满足钢管道内壁除锈及内防腐涂层的质量要求，较好地解决了内涂层上薄下厚和弯头、不易挤涂的难题。本文介绍挤涂工艺流程、挤涂器、设备技术参数、特点及应用效果。
In oil fields with higher water content, the steel pipelines for oil and gas gathering and for effluent reinjection are corroded progressively and seriously. A new set of technology and equipments, devel oped by the First oilfield COnstruction Company of Shengli Oil Field for extruding the internal coating of steel pipelines with diameters ranging from 48 to 180mm, meets the quality requirements on dsrust ing and the internal coating. It solves the problems such as the coating is thick on the bottom but thin on the top of the internal surface of the pipeline, as well as getting rid of the difficulty in extruding the coating at elbows. This paper introduces the technological process of extruding, the extruder, the technical parameters and features of the equipments as well as their application effects.
