摘要
本文报道了对大规模繁殖的恒河猴仔猴进行人工离乳抚育的试验。1984—1988年共抚育仔猴578只,平均离乳龄为4个月,抚育一年的成活率为91.5%。抚育一年内死亡的仔猴中有61.8%发生在离乳后第一个月内,2月龄以下(≤60天)离乳的仔猴有20%死亡,2月龄以上离乳仔猴的死亡率为6.9%;64.7%的仔猴死于肺炎和肠道病。人工离乳的仔猴,雄性在10月龄前、雌猴在9月龄前具有较快的生长速度,体重增长的回归方程为:w=145.6t+403.5,w=144.2t+372。仔猴提前离乳,能提高母猴的生育力。
