摘要
用抚顺石油化工研究院(FRIPP)开发的加氢裂化催化剂,采用高压加氢裂化、缓和加氢裂化、中压加氢裂化、中压加氢改质等工艺对不同原料进行加氢裂化实验.馏分不同的原料经过不同加氢裂化工艺得到的裂化尾油,均可用作蒸汽裂解制乙烯的优质原料.采用加氢裂化可以有效地扩大裂解原料来源。
Using hydrocracking catalysts developed by FRIPP, laboratory experiments of high pressure hydrocracking, mild-pressure hydrocracking, mid-pressure hydrocracking and mid-pressure hydro-upgrading were carried out with various feedstocks. All unconverted oils produced by various hydrocracking processes from various fractions can be used as premium feedstocks for ethylene producdon. Adopting hydrocracking process, the sources of steam cracking feedstocks can be extended effectively to meet the requirement of development of domestic ethylene industry.
