3932和3933型催化重整催化剂的工业应用

摘要 济南炼油厂0.15Mt/a催化重整装置采用两段混氢、4台反应器混装两种催化剂,并配有制氢系统为开工提供氢气.采用3932和3933型重整催化剂,原料为临商原油为主的常压蒸馏塔塔顶汽油(芳烃潜含量约47.1%).试运结果表明,该两种催化剂的初活性、低温活性较好.如在WABT为472.7℃时,汽油RON达95左右,重整氢纯度达95%左右,产氢量(标)为300m^3/t原料,重整C_5^+收率91%以上,转化率120%以上,芳烃产率达57%.同时,催化剂的贵金属含量较低.因此,显示出催化剂具有较好的应用前景. In the 0.15Mt/a catalytic reformer in Jinan Refinery two-stage hydrogen mixing scheme was adopted and a hydrogen manufacturing system was provided to supply hydrogen for start-up purpose. Re-forming catalysts of both types 3932 and 3933 were loaded in mixed form into four reactors. The feedstock was naphtha (with a potential aromatics content about 47.1%) from the top of the atmospheric tower when processing mainly Linshang crude. Test run result showed that the initial activities and low temperature activities of both catalysts were fair. For example, at WABT of 472.7℃ , RON of gasoline reached 95, reformer hydrogen purity reached 95%, hydrogen production was 300Nm3/t feedstock, yield of reformer C5 reached 91%, conversion reached 120% and aromatics yield reached 57%. Meanwhile, noble metals contents in catalysts was low. These indicated these types of catalysts have good application pros-pects.
