摘要
开发了一种脱除焦化富气中大量烯烃和有机硫化物的新工艺。该工艺采用焦化气汽油、柴油吸收一加氢一次通过式流程。将此精制后气体作为制氢原料可大大降低氢气成本。该技术已在锦西炼油化工总厂工业应用。
A new process has been developed to remove most of the olefins and organic sulfides contained in coking gas. The treating process included naphtha absorption,light gas oil absorption and once through hydrogenation, etc. The refined coking gas can be used as hydrogen production feed with considerably lower cost. This technology was proven to be feasible in Jinxi Petroleum Processing and Chemical Complex.
