摘要
目的:确定临江地区的朝鲜淫羊藿生长的不同阶段总黄酮和淫羊藿苷含量的动态变化趋势,为确定合理采收时期提供了科学依据。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定了其总黄酮的含量,薄层扫描法测定了主要成分淫羊藿苷的含量。结果:总黄酮含量6月20日的样品最高,其余的含量相对降低。淫羊藿苷含量6月20日的样品最高,其余的含量降低较显著。结论:6月下旬的总黄酮和淫羊藿苷含量均最高。认为6月末至7月初采收较为合理。
Objective： We determined the quantitative changes of flavonoids and icariin in different months, then we will afford scientific reasons to choose the best time to collect. Methods： The quantitative changes of flavonoids were detemined by UV spectrophotometry. The quantitative changes of icariin were detemined by TLC scanning. Results： The sample of 20^th June contains flavonoids most, the sample of other times reduced. The sample of 20^th June contains icariinin most, the sample of other times reduced evidently. Conclusions： The sample of 20^th June contains flavonoids and icariinin both most. So we concluded that the sample can be collected between the end of June and the begin of July.
