摘要
通过建立数学模型,对研发支出的影响因素作了具体分析.结果显示:外商直接投资对研发支出影响不显著,技术引进经费支出与研发支出存在替代效应,而高技术产品进出口额是影响研发支出的最重要因素.结合我国具体情况,对其作了详细解释.
It makes an analysis on the influence factors of R＆D expenditures with a mathematic model. The results show that the effect of Foreign Direct Investment （FDI） on R＆D expenditures is not remarkable; and that funds expenditures of technology import have a substitute effect on R＆D expenditures, while the sum of imports and exports of high-tech products is the most important influence factor of R＆D expenditures. According to the specific situation of China, it makes detailed explanation to the results.
