摘要分析基于资源和基于能力的理论之间的相同点和不同点,阐述了基于资源和基于能力观的创租机制,指出基于资源和基于能力的理论对企业投入产出过程的影响是不同的,但却紧密相关.资源选择机制在资源的获取决策上对企业产出过程产生影响,而能力构建机制则在资源配置的各个过程和环节对企业产出产生影响,两者共同构成企业内部生产的完整过程.因而,基于资源和能力的整合来形成企业竞争战略,能使企业在技术和需求变化的环境中建立和保持独特的竞争优势. It analyzes the relationship between resource-based view and capability-based view, and expounds their rent creation mechanism of resource-based view and capability-based view. It argues that the effect of the both to running process of firms is different, but both have significant relationship with and compose of the complete process of value creation for firms. It points out that integrated resource ＆ capability-based view is a new strategic forming view for firms to build and maintain its competitive advantage under super-competitive environment.
