摘要
本文概括描述了一个以院线制为核心的宏观经济模式:在电影经济全球化架构中,对于一个落后的电影国家,如何首先通过局部振兴,集中产业资源,迅速将电影潜在需求转化为合理的供应;进而带动整个国家电影产业,并融入世界电影贸易市场,形成能够与国际接轨的规模经济。中国院线制改革模式关键在于,在国家经济体制转型中,改变了电影产业内部、政府、产业链、需求与国际竞争等多方面的关系,同时显现了制约产业进一步发展的弊端。
It synoptically describes an instructive pattern in macro economic s with fi lm chains as the center. In the context of globalization,a consideration should be given to the issue how to make Chinese film industry,less developed,rapidl y reach global standards through flourishing local markets,centralizing industr ial resources,transforming film potential demand into reasonable supplies,so a s to turn forward national film industry and brand with international film trade market. The key mode of Chinese film chain reform is that while transforming ou r state economic systems,we should change the system of film infrastructure,th e connections between the state chains of enterprises as well as balancing the m arket needs and global competitions. At the same time,the essay points out the disadvantages that restrict the further development of our film industry.
