军用车辆动力舱排风控制研究

摘要 在分析军用车辆动力舱排风系统温控技术缺陷的基础上,提出并设计了排风系统电控技术,根据液力耦合风扇工作特点,通过电信号控制电控流量阀开度调节机油流量,控制液力耦合器充油量,实现多参数智能化自动控制风扇转速,使风扇排风量满足车辆动力系统冷却散热要求,二者达到实时最佳匹配,有利于节能和提高冷却效率.推导并试验测试了相关电控参数. Based on the analysis of the temperature control technique defect of air - venting system for cabin of fighting vehicle foundation, an air-venting system electricity control is proposet. According to the liquid fan work character, the electricity signal is used to control electricity control flux vale degree which regulates oil discharge, then by controlling liquid coupling oil content, the fan rotate speed automatic control is realized with many parameter and intelligent, which makes the fan air-venting meet vehicle motive system cooling request. The best match between the both can benefit from saving energy with increase cooling efficiency.
