摘要
“三农”问题是我国农村小康建设的核心问题。我们要解决“三农”问题,必须对其产生的原因进行客观的分析,关键是转变农业生产发展的指导思想,解决好宏观经济政策和发展理念问题。
“Three issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers” are the key problems in the building of well-off countryside. To solve these problems, it is imperative to make objective analysis about their causes, and the key point lies in changing the thinking that guides the agricultural development and in solving properly the issue of macroeconomic policy and development principle.
