现代化的普适性原则是现代化内在发展逻辑和具有普遍意义之规律的理论抽象。现代化的普适性原则对各国具有一般意义上的指导作用。现代化在不同国家和地区殊途同归。现代化进程中的多样化道路不断地丰富着现代化的经验并服务于人类现代化的伟大事业。
The general principles of modernization are a theoretical abstraction of both the intrinsic development logic of modernization and rules of universal significance. It is of generally instructive significance for many countries. Dfferent countries and areas reach the same goal modernization by different routes. Diverse paths to modernization have been enriching the experiences of modernization and serve for the great course of the modernization of mankind.
