油漆生产中工艺参数——粘度控制及其与温度关系的研究

摘要 对油漆生产的工艺参数——粘度值进行了系统的测试,并应用三种数学模型分别加以回归分析比较,确立了漆料温度与粘度值的关系曲线.较好地解决了不同气温下C53-PST油漆出厂粘度控制不准确的问题。 The viscosity values, the technology parameters in producing paint, are measured systematically, when temperature varies from 8 9℃ to 42 2℃. Three mathematical models are employed in regressively analysing and comparing these datums, so that one of them is chosen to express the relation between the viscosity and the temperature. It is successfully solved that the viscosity of C53 PST paint could not be readjusted accurately. The quality of the paint is guaranteed.
