摘要
应用脱色苯胺兰诱导荧光法观察了蒙古黄芪大孢子发生期间细胞壁胼胝质的变化,结果如下:1.大孢子母细胞在二分体形成前,一直未见有胼胝质.2.二分体时期,只二分孢子的横壁中存在胼胝质。3.四分孢子间的横壁存在胼胝质.功能大孢子缺少胼胝质,退化的大孢子细胞壁积累大量胼胝质.4.大孢子母细胞减数分裂期间,侧壁一直缺少胼胝质。
Observations on behavior of callose deposition in the cell walls during megasporogenesis in Astragalus mongholicus bge have been made using the method of leuco aniline blue-induced fluorescence. The results are summerized as follows: (1)Callose was absent in the wall of megasporocyte before dyad formation. (2)Callose was only found in transverse wall seperating the dyad cells in the dyad stage. (3)Callose appeared in the newly formed transverse walls seperating the tetrad cells,was absent in the cell wall of the fuctional megaspore, and was abundant in that of the degenerated megaspores. (4)There was no callose in the side walls of megasporocyte during meiosis.
