摘要
采用水热法首次合成出自然界不存在的含镓钴皂石(Gacos)。经多羟基铝低聚物交联,制得了交联粘土(Al─PCaCoS)。表征了样品的晶相、组成及酸性等。考察了样品对异丙苯裂解反应及正己洗加氢异构反应的催化性能。发现用钴可部分地取代镓皂石八面体封层的镁,交联镓钴皂石即存在B酸中心,也存在L酸中心,且L酸中心所占份额大,样品具有较高的催化活性260℃时异构选择性百分之百。
Ga─saponite containing Co2+ that doesn' t exist in nature was first synthesized by hydrothermal method.the pillared day (Al─PGacos) was preped by cross─linking withhydroxyl aluminium oligomer the crystallinity, composition, acidity etal. of the sample were shown.The propeties of earn cracking, n-hexane hydroisomerization were studied on the catalytic properties of the sample. the results indicate Co2+ was partly induced into octahedral in terms of replacing Mg2+ ion. Pillared Ga-saponite containing Co2+ not only has Bronsted acid sites, but also has Lewis acid sites. and lewis acid has more; The catalytic activity is bigger. Selectivity of isomer-ization was 100 percent when 260℃
