摘要
笔者针对目前我国在司法统计信息公布方面存在的问题,分析了存在问题的原因在于对司法统计信息公布的功能缺乏理性认识。认为,司法统计信息的公布,对于党和国家制定有关政策和法律法规,对于人民群众了解司法工作,对于学界进行司法理论和实证研究,都发挥着重要的作用。
