摘要
以银杏、金钱松为裸子植物的代表性实验材料对其PSⅡ光合放氧及多肽组分进行了研究,和菠菜相比较,银杏、金钱松PSⅡ放氧活性较低,分别为菠菜的10%和35%左右.对银杏、金钱松的PSⅡ多肽组与分析发现,其多肽组分较复杂,和被子植物菠菜相比较,多肽数量多,且含有分子量为65000、61000、52000的大分子多肽.小分子多肽也存在一定的差异.
We prepared PSⅡ particles from gymnosperm--Ginkgo and Pseudolarix. The preparation showed O 2-evolution activity of 11.7 and 38.60 O 2·μmol mg -1 Chl h -1 . The O 2-evolution activity were 10% and 35% that of Spinach PSⅡ particles respectively. Densitometer traces of SDS-PAGE indicated Ginkgo PSⅡ particles contained 11 polypeptides and Pseudolarix PSⅡ particles contained 9 polypeptides. The results demonstrated that the high-molecular weight polypeptides in gymnosperm (Ginkgo, Pseudolarix) PSⅡ particles were not found in angiosperm (Spinach) PSⅡ particles.
