摘要
本文认为开放教育辅导教师必须正确把握自身在网络教学中的角色定位，必须明确在网络教学中所应承担的工作任务，并就开放教育辅导教师的角色与任务的内容提出了个人见解。
This author thinks that open education tutor must be aware of roles in the teaching of online and take tasks in it . This paper throws out view on tutor＇ roles and task.
