摘要
综述了近年来单子叶植物基因转化的研究进展,同时分析了单子叶植物转化不敏感性的机理及现有转化系统的潜力,从而提出了构建“超毒”质粒和“农感染”质粒。
Advance of gene transformation of monocotyledonous plants is reviewed for recent years in the paper. On the basis of analyse on mechanism of transformation sensitivity and transformation capacity of several transformation systems, new methods of high transformation requency, which of constracting vectors with overoncgene and agroinfection plasmids, enhanceing synchronous of cell division and infecting sensitivity cells are raised in the review.
