摘要
报道了6种氨基酸的乙酰化和苯甲酰化衍生物的化学电离质谱。讨论了酰基化氨基酸MH+离子几种碎裂反应的机理,对质子化反应的优势位置进行了考察。实验表明,酰基化氨基酸羧基上的质子化是受动力学控制的,而酰胺氧上的质子化是热力学有利过程。
Chemical ionization mass spectrometry of acylated amino acids was studied with special sttention being paid to the protonation site. It has been found that protonation on the free carboxylic group is kinetically controlled while protonation on the amide oxygen is a thermodynamically favourable process.
