摘要
用氨的饱和氯化铵溶液作反萃剂.对萃取法制碱工艺中叔胺的再生条件进行了研究,给出最佳反应条件。对反萃过程中氯化铵的生成、分离及纯度作了分析,研究表明,叔胺盐酸盐用NH3-NH4Cl饱和溶液再生的方法具有原料易得、工艺简单、萃取剂损失量少、副产品价格高等优点。反萃副产物NH4Cl的纯度可达试剂级标准。
The saturated solution of ammonium-ammonium chloride is used as a reextracting agent to study the reproduction conditions of tertiary amine in preducing sodium carborate process by extraction. The optimum reactive conditions were found. In addition, the formation, separation and parity of chloride in the process of reextraction are analysed. The study shows that the reproduction method of tertiary amine has some advantages of available raw material, simple process, less loss of extraction agent and high price of by-product.
