右前方经上段胸骨手术入路切除上胸椎病变椎体

摘要 目的:探讨经过改良的上胸椎前方手术入路切除上胸椎椎体,治疗上位胸椎病变的方法与初步结果。方法:经此入路为患者行上胸椎椎体切除术。结果:本组4例中无手术死亡及纵隔内重要血管、神经及胸导管损伤所致的并发症。术后随访3～24个月,4例患者肌力损害及疼痛均有不同程度的改善。结论:经改良的上胸椎右前方手术入路切除上胸椎椎体,显露充分,安全有效,操作简易,并发症少,是处理上胸椎病变的又一较理想的入路。
