喉罩在颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞术治疗中的应用 被引量：10

摘要 目的:探讨喉罩在颅内动脉瘤介入治疗中的安全性和有效性。方法:15例颅内动脉瘤患者经静脉麻醉诱导后,置入喉罩进行定压控制呼吸或自主呼吸,监测麻醉前后及术中SpO2、呼气末CO2浓度(PetCO2)和动脉血气值。结果:全身麻醉效果满意,血流动力学平稳,麻醉前后SpO2、PetCO2和动脉血气值均在正常范围。结论:喉罩能安全有效地应用于颅内动脉瘤介入治疗。
