In this paper, the concept of Starplus - compactness is generalized to L - topological spaces. It is a good extension of compactness in general topology. The intersection of a Starplus - compact L - sets and a pseudo closed L - set is Stalus - compact. The continuous image of a Starplus - compact L - set is Starplus - compact. A stratified Hausdorff and Starplus - compact L - topological space is stratified regular and statified normal. Morever Starplus -compactness can be characterized by Qn -open quasi -over and nets.
