齐罗汉虫发育的超微结构观察

摘要 微孢子类齐罗汉虫Microsporida Thelohania sp.的发育一般经过四个时期:1.营养体期,2.核分裂斯,3.成孢子发育期,4.成熟孢子期。 齐罗汉虫各期发育以核的复杂变化最引人注目。核经过三次横二分裂,在泛孢子囊膜内产生八个孢子母细胞。孢子母细胞在发育时出现高尔基体、平滑内质网、核蛋白体、特殊分泌颗粒等物质,与形成孢子各细胞器密切相关。 Microsporida (Thelohania sp.) was taken from the skeletal muscles of the shrimp (Penaeus merguiensis). There were four developmental phases in our observation:1. trophozoitic phase,2. karyokinensis phase,3. sporoblast phase, 4. mature spore phase.During nucleus division, the various changes were found apparently in karyotic vegetative cells.Intranucleus mitotic spindle extended from the chromatin to the nucleus edge. After three binary divisions, each produced eight unikaryotic cells in the panspoioblastic membranes.The golgi reticalum, smooth endoplasmic reticulum, ribosome, special secretive granule, and posterior vacuolar which have been reported in several previous publications were seen in the process. It might be closely related to organogensis.
