摘要
１９９５年，笔者对辽宁省养殖对虾示范区的中国对虾亲虾以及对虾养成全过程中的虾体，进行了定期电镜跟踪检测．结果表明：在６月底至７月初送检的虾体（５～６ｃｍ）中，初次检测到杆状病毒，与去年同期相比，发病期推迟近一个月；在亲虾的生殖器官和虾苗机体内均未发现病毒，因此纵向感染的可能性很小．另外笔者还对电镜检则手段，观察经验等若干问题，进行了分析讨论．
In 1995, the periodical and following investigation of electron microscopic examination of shrimp ( Penaeus chinensis ) explosive epidemic disease were carried out in whole process of farming from the parent and larval shrimp to adult in shrimp farms in Liaoning province. Results showed that the bacilliform virus was found first in young shrimp (body length: 5￣6 cm) from late June to early July. Compared to the corresponding of 1994 the period of being attacked by the virus was postponed about a month. No virus was observated in reproductive organ of parent shrimp and body of fingerling shrimp. There is less possibility of longitudinal infection. During epidemic period of the virus disease, there are two or three peak period of being attacked with this virus.
