管内不可压缩流体动态传送模型的简化

摘要 通过复频域分析,从理论上提出了一种建立输送管内不可压缩流体动态传送简化模型的方法。仿真结果表明,用本文提出的简化模型能较好地逼近基于偏微分方程的严格模型,且结构简单,易于应用。在催化裂化装置主分馏塔顶部模型的应用结果表明,本方法是可行的。 A method based on complex frequency domain analysis is presented for the simplification of the partial differential model of non compressible fluid transportation process.Simulation results show that the simplified model provided by this method can satisfactorily imitate rigorous model in addition to its simple structure and feasibility for on line applications.This method has been used in the establishment of pump recycle line dynamic models of FCCU′s main fractionator.These models are then used in a simulator and distillates quality control system.The simplification method presented in this paper is proved to be applicable by its simulation and control results.
