摘要
根据对北京市中心镇住宅建设进行调研所获得的资料,对其住宅建设的发展状况进行研究,分析了在建设过程中出现的特征的问题,提出了促进郊区小城镇住宅建设的对策。
Aiming to the differentiation of residence construction in Beijing central town, this paper takes a comprehensive analysis on the development of the residence building construction by using the materials of investigating in Beijing small town, including the special differentiation of the residence building type, the differentiation of the buyers and the differentiation of the price and development area.
