摘要
针对采用酸碱非水溶液滴定法控制齐墩果酸的质量不易掌握,误差较大等缺点,采用高效液相色谱法分离并测定齐墩果酸片中齐墩果酸的含量.色谱条件为:色谱柱为ZORBAX SB-C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(90:10),流速0.8 mL·min-1,检测波长215 nm,柱温27℃.该条件下齐墩果酸在0.025 2~2.520 0 mg·mL-1范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.999 7,齐墩果酸平均回收率99.4%,13 min左右出峰,RSD=1.9%.这种方法结果准确,可有效控制该制剂的质量.
The acid-base non-aqueous titration is used extensively to control the quality of OLA. But this inethod is unstable and the resulting error is great. In view of this, the isolation and determination of OLA in tablets by HPLC is reported. The chromatographic method is carried out on ZORBAX SB - C18 column using 90% methanol + 10% water as mobile phase, detector being set at 215nm, the linear relation of calibration curve in the range of 0.0252 - 2. 5200 mg· mL^-1 was excellent (r = 0. 9997). The average recovery is 99.4 % with RSD = 1.9 %. The method is rapid, accurate and reliable for quality control of oleanolic acid tablets.
