摘要
目的探讨茎突的最佳影像学检查技术及诊断学征像。方法普通X线茎突摄影及CR体层摄影;CT扫描及3D重建。结果茎突普通X线侧位摄影一次成功率62%;茎突CR体层X线摄影一次成功率98%;茎突CT扫描及3D重建一次成功率82%。结论CR体层X线摄影为最简便、经济、可靠的茎突影像学检查方法。
Objective： To discuss the best examination technique and diagnostic signs of styloidprocess in radiology. Methods： By common X-ray plain film, tomography, CT scanning and 3D reconstruction. Results： The successful ratios of common X-ray plain film was 62%, of CR tomography 98% and of CT scanning and 3D reconstruction 82%. Conclusion： The best radiological examination method of styloidrprocess is CR tomography, which is the simplest, the most economical and most valuable.
