摘要
综述法国“Pielstic”的PC2型系列柴油机和国际上大功率船用中速机技术参数及技术进展。介绍“电-气”遥控方式控制的PC2型机部分气动回路设计和计算方法。文中列举主机操纵、控制系统故障数例,对显故障、隐故障、故障成因及故障排除进行了辨析。
The technical parameters and technical progress of marine high power medium speed diesel engine of the French ＂Pielstic＂ PC2 type are summarized in the paper. The design and calculation methods of its pneumatic circuit of E/P remote control system are described. Some typical examples of main engine operating and control system＇s troubles are given, the discrimination and analysis of explicit faults, implicit faults, cause for the faults and fault shooting are carried out.
