摘要
对5个转基因枸杞株系的光合生理进行测定,结果表明:有1个株系的叶片叶绿素(CH l)含量显著低于对照,叶绿素荧光参数和光合气体交换参数也显著低于对照,其它4个株系与对照相比变化不大。说明转基因对枸杞植株的光合生理影响不大。
The photosynthetic physiology of five transgenic Lycium barbarum L. was measured. The result indicated that one of them showed significant decrease in the content of chlorophyll, the chlorophyll fluorescence induction kinetic parameters and the photosynthetic parameters. The others had little change compared with the contrast, which suggested that the effect of transferring gene on photosynthetic physiological properties of Lycium barbarum L. was not significant.
