马尾松毛虫微生物杀虫剂林间防治技术研究 被引量:9

Studies on Microbial Pesticides Controlling Dendrolimus punctatus Walker in Forest

摘要 应用正交试验设计方法进行微生物杀虫剂松毛虫CPV和苏云金杆菌(B t)复配林间防治第一代马尾松毛虫试验,结果表明松毛虫CPV1.5×106CPB/mL与苏云金杆菌(B t)800倍液复配,药后7 d和松毛虫CPV1.5×106CPB/mL与苏云金杆菌(B t)1 200倍液复配,药后12 d的杀虫效果分别可达89.62%和90.53%,较其他复配组合为优。 Orthogonal test was conducted on controlling the first generation larvae of Dendrolimus punctatus Walker with compounds of DCPV and Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) with different densities in forests. The results showed that the compound of DCPV 1.5×10^6CPB/ml and Bt 800 times concentration; and the compound of DCPV 1.5 × 10^6CPB/mL and Bt 1 200 times concentration were the optimum compounds, the mortality of larvae of Dendrolimus punctatus Walker 7 days and 12 days after spraying were the highest in forests compared with other 14 compounds, making 89.62% and 90.53% respectively.
