摘要
介绍了在运动控制器和嵌入式实时操作系统的基础上,将嵌入式操作系统应用到嵌入式运动控制器中,从而提高了运动控制器的可靠性、稳定性和可扩展性。并针对具体实现中遇到的问题做了详细的介绍,提出了相应的解决方案。
Based on the introduction of the motion controller and RTOS,a new design of motion controller is put forward,which is applying RTOS to the embedded motion controller. Through this design the reliability,stability and expansibility of the motion controller are improved greatly. This paper also describes the problem which occurred during the test and shows the way to solve the problem in detail.
