摘要
讨论了甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)与CPE的接枝共聚物体系对PVC-CPE体系的增容作用.实验表明,在PVC-CPE体系中加入适量的CPE接枝共聚物作增容剂,体系可在提高冲击强度的同时使拉仲强度具有更高的保持率。通过改变增容剂中单体用量、氮合量、增容剂用量等对共混物性能的影响作了探讨。结果证明,对各组分的配比进行调节使材料获得良好的综合性能。
The grafted copolymers of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and CPE as the compotilizer of the PVC/CPE blends are discussed. The CPE grated copolymer can increase the impact strength of the PVC/CPE blededs and the tensile strength remains high. The amount of MMA and chloride content of CPE in the compatibilizer and the amount of the compatibilizer in the blends are studied in order to obtain good comprehensive properties.
